We Care About Your Child’s Health
Each nurse in our clinic is licensed and qualified to provide your child with the right care to keep them healthy through their childhood years.  At each visit, your child will receive  a full exam, childhood immunizations, and a nutritional assessment. You will receive information about your child’s growth and development and will have all of your questions answered.  At the  community health clinic, your child’s health is our main concern.

Childhood Immunizations

We offer the following immunizations in our clinic:

  • Hepatitis B
  • DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
  • Hib (Haemophilus Influenza Type B)
  • PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate)
  • RV (Rotovirus)
  • Influenza
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)
  • Hepatitis A

Payment

CCHHS accepts Nevada Check-up, Nevada Medicaid and St. Mary’s HealthFirst.  We also accept other forms of payment.  For more information about fee schedules and  payment options, please contact us at (775) 887-2195.

Medicaid and NV Check-up

Not sure if you qualify for Medicaid or Nevada Check-up benefits?  Our clinic staff can help you with the paperwork needed to apply for each program.  Come in and we’ll get you started.
