Vaccines available on a walk-in basis!  Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen vaccines offered for 1st, 2nd, 3rd doses (for those with a compromised immune system only), and booster doses! Pediatric Pfizer doses available for those ages 5 to 11!

First Booster Eligibility if you received Moderna as your primary series:

• 5 months after receiving second dose
• Individuals over the age of 18

First Booster Eligibility if you received Pfizer as your primary series:

• 5 months after receiving second dose
• Individuals over the age of 12

Booster Eligibility if you received Janssen as your primary vaccine:

• Individuals over the age of 18 who were vaccinated 2 or more months ago.

Second Booster available for those who are immunocompromised or over the age of 50 and received their first booster 4 or more months ago.

COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or proof of first dose required for second dose, third dose, and booster.
