
All Nevadans ages 6 months and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. They are safe, effective, and available free of charge at locations throughout the Quad-County Region. We have 200,000 reasons in the Quad-County Region to get vaccinated- including you.
Currently, there are 3 vaccines that have received either an Emergency Use Authorization or FDA approval:
Lyon County
The Community Health Nurses in Lyon County are offering the new bivalent COVID-19 booster. Call one of the locations to schedule an appointment.

Carson City
Carson City Health and Human Services is offering the new bivalent COVID-19 booster at community events. Those events are for the bivalent booster ONLY. The Clinic at CCHHS offers COVID-19 vaccines, including the new bivalent booster on the first and third Thursday of every month. Call (775) 887-2195 to schedule an appointment.
Douglas County
The Community Health Clinic in Douglas County will be offering the bivalent COVID-19 booster. Call (775) 782-9038 to schedule an appointment.
Immunization Record
Lost your COVID-19 vaccination record card? You can print off a copy of your immunization record through Nevada WebIZ! Nevada WebIZ is a confidential online computer system used statewide by doctors and nurses to keep track of their patients’ immunizations.
Through the Public Access Portal website:
• Parents and legal guardians can print official immunization records for their child (or children ages 0 through 17 years)
• Adult individuals (ages 18 years and over) can print an official immunization record for themselves.
