COVID-19 vaccine events will be held throughout the community each week and all three vaccines will be available on a walk-in basis. Anyone who needs their first, second, or booster dose is welcome! Bring your immunization card or proof of vaccination with you to show when you got your other dose(s).
Received your first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and need your second? You are eligible to receive your second dose starting the date on the back of your immunization record card. Once that date approaches, you can come to any CCHHS COVID-19 vaccine event or you can visit a local pharmacy for your second dose.
Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen Booster doses available for those who are eligible (Link). Third dose of Pfizer or Moderna available for those who are immunocompromised (Link).
Immunization Record
Lost your COVID-19 vaccination record card? You can print off a copy of your immunization record through Nevada WebIZ! Nevada WebIZ is a confidential online computer system used statewide by doctors and nurses to keep track of their patients’ immunizations.
Through the Public Access Portal website:
• Parents and legal guardians can print official immunization records for their child (or children ages 0 through 17 years)
• Adult individuals (ages 18 years and over) can print an official immunization record for themselves.
