Vaccinations available Mondays (limited appointments)& Thursdays (walk in clinic) year long.
The Vaccines for Children Program provides vaccines for children 18 years of age and younger who are uninsured, have Medicaid, or
underinsured.
A vaccine administration fee of $20—$40 is charged based on the number of vaccinations given. We bill most private insurances and Medicaid. A parent or guardian must be present.
Please bring all out of state or out of country immunization records.

Parents: Please bring your ID and your insurance card.

Students: Please bring your school ID, permit, or ID.
