Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department is hosting a Public Open House for interested persons and residents to learn about and get an update on the Prison Trail Phase III - Prison Hill West Project. 

Carson City Staff and representatives from the Design Team will be available to answer questions from the public.

This project includes approximately 2.4 miles of multi-use pathway, improvements to the Koontz Lane Trailhead, and a safe street crossing of Edmonds Drive at Koontz Lane.

Construction for this trail is projected to start Spring of 2024.
