SUBJECT:    Joint Recreation, Health, and Wellness Center Project, including a new 
                  project site on campus

On Tuesday evening, January 23, 2007, a public information meeting will be held regarding the Joint Recreation, Health, and Wellness Center project proposed by Carson City and Western Nevada Community College. The project site is located east of the Joe Dini Library at the terminus of West College Parkway on the WNCC Campus.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Reynolds Center for Technolgy, Room 103, located south of Combs Canyon Road on the WNCC campus.

The public is encouraged to attend the information meeting. This meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to review the project and ask city and college staff questions regarding the preliminary design concepts for the proposed building, site, and landscaping. In addition, the public will have the opportunity to provide comments and share any concerns regarding project related issues.
