Fredric Lieberman, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor of Music at the University of California, Santa Cruz and a consultant and expert witness in Music Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar with a 45-year career in teaching, researching, and writing about musicology, ethnomusicology, popular music and music law.
