Over the past year, the Board of Supervisors, management, and staff of Carson City have developed a draft strategic plan to help guide future investments and priorities. The plan includes goals, objectives, and strategies that will help us to achieve our vision and mission. We will track our progress through performance measures and regular reporting to the Board of Supervisors. Departmental action plans and the City’s annual budget will be developed to align with the plan.

The City greatly values input from the community, and we would appreciate your feedback regarding the components of the draft strategic plan. You can provide feedback by completing the strategic planning community survey and/or attending one of our strategic planning open houses.
