Candidates filing for judicial office begins the first Monday in January of the year in which the election is to be held nor later than 5 p.m. on the second Friday after the first Monday in January.

For all other candidates, the first Monday in March of the year in which the election is to be held nor later than 5 p.m. on the second Friday after the first Monday in March.
