Open Space Advisory Committee meeting

  • Introduction: Reporting to the Board of Supervisors, the Open Space Advisory Committee will develop, oversee, and support the Open Space Program.

  • Powers & Duties

    To promote the quality of life for citizens of Carson City through the preservation and protection of the quality of the natural environment.

    To identify and prioritize for the city potential open space acquisitions and make recommendations. To obtain and consider public input before making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
