Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space will host its second Community Garage Sale on Sept. 22, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sellers will use their shop space to setup their garage sale area anyway they see fit. Sellers must provide their own pop-up tents and tables if desired. In addition, sellers may purchase more than one space.
The fee for a shop space is $10 per two parking stalls.
The Community Garage Sale will be located at the Carson City Community Center east side parking lot. Vehicles will be permitted to enter the parking lot to setup between 6:30 a.m. and 9 a.m., after 9 a.m. all vehicles must be parked outside of the Community Garage Sale event area. Only sellers who register with Carson City Parks and Recreation by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21 will be allowed to participate. Weapons and any other potentially dangerous or illegal items are not allowed for any sale or distribution at the event.
All community members are invited to come to the Community Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to shop at the Community Garage Sale. To register as a seller for the Community Garage Sale event call (775) 283-7430 or email at Mdiaz@carson.org.
