Carson City Health and Human Services oversees and regulates licensed mobile home and RV parks renting space for temporary or permanent parking of a mobile home, trailer or RV. These entities shall have a health permit as required by Carson City Municipal Code before beginning any operation, and shall be inspected on an annual basis in accordance with Nevada Revised Statues (NRS) 461A and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 461A. 

Mobile home or RV parks that offer a spa or pool are required to have a separate health permit and shall abide by regulations for pools/spas in Nevada. Please click here for those requirements and more information.
